I give when I can To the beggers on the streets, it used to be me once apon a time. A couple spare quid that means nowt on a good day Can make someone’s day I don’t care what they spend it on. Just makes me feel good to see them smile a little goes a long way 💕

I took too much cocaine via injection and had a huge seizure I regret it completely that was when I made the decision to stop I think it took something big like that to open my eyes to what I was doing to myself. 1 year 6 months clean and I’ve never looked back.

In 10 years time I’ll be a professional artist exhibiting My work all over the UK, I’ll also be a dedicated secondary school art teacher and I’ll have my own beautiful canvas hut at music festivals (a creative space) ware people can draw and paint freely.

My children will be fully grown and hopefully I’ll have grandchildren by then.

I’ll have a beautiful home with a garden.

Hopefully my other half will have actually married me by then who knows only time will tell.

1 – hearing my children call me mam

2 – seeing the way my partner looks at me

3 – the roof over my head and food on my plate, the clothes on my back

4 – those little quiet moments throughout the day spent on peaceful reflection

5 – counting my blessings sounds corny but I do it every night before bed, gives me perspective

It’s actually a real medical condition “Peter pan syndrome” I googled it

Peter Pan Syndrome” is a psychology term for people who find it difficult to grow up. They can have challenges maintaining adult relationships and managing adult responsibilities. Dr. Dan Kiley coined the term in his book, The Peter Pan Syndrome: Men Who Have Never Grown Up.

There super cool and awesome to show off at parties but they eat spiders and crickets, and sometimes the spiders and crickets get loose and end up roaming around the house gross! And there angry little lizards when they get mad they puff up there spikey head and its terrifying. I say little they grow big as cats and to house and feed them is super expensive. No I do not miss you Bob the bearded dragon.

People may not know that I strongly believe in KARMA, karma denotes the cycle of cause and effect. Like causes produce similar effects. For instance, right actions produce good results while wrong actions produce bad ones.

It’s easy to get disappointed with what we have but we should always take time to appreciate the little things, not everyone has these simple things like a roof and food family friends and health, it’s easy to take things for granted, count your blessings and you may realize your luckier than you thought. That’s my daily habit.

Lazy Days definitely make me feel unproductive I always feel guilty for having a lazy day, but sometimes you need one when you feel burnt out to regenerate.
